Terms and Conditions
Our Terms and Conditions are based on the Austrian Hotel Contract Conditions (ÖHVB), with the following exceptions:
- Cancellation deadlines:
Individual bookings can be cancelled without incurring a cancellation fee until 5 days prior to the booked arrival date unless otherwise agreed. Group bookings (6 persons or more) can be cancelled without incurring a cancellation fee until 4 weeks prior to the booked arrival date. - Agreements as well as amendments to and modifications of agreements shall be valid only if made in writing.
- Each guest is responsible for the total invoice for the room used. In case of reservations by third parties the guest shall be liable in case the third party is unable to pay.
- Rooms that have not been paid in advance shall only be reserved until 5 p.m. Agreements to the contrary shall be valid only if made in writing.
- Payment is either CASH or with VISA, Mastercard or EC-Card. Minimum amount of card-payment is EUR 25,-.
